You will not be able to attend class if you say yes to any of the following:
•Have you been outside of the Country or been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
•Have you come into close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 without wearing the proper personal protective equipment?
•Have you been informed by Public Health that you may have been exposed in the last 14 days?
Are you experiencing any of the following COVID-19 signs/symptoms? Fever, Chills, Cough, Aches and Pains, Sore Throat, Runny Nose, Stuffy or Congested Nose (not related to seasonal allergies), Shortness of Breath, Difficulty Swallowing, Falling down often, Pink Eye (Conjunctivitis), Headaches – unusual or long lasting, Loss of Sense of Taste or Smell, Muscle Aches, Digestive Issues (nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain), Extreme Tiredness.
•You will be asked to reschedule to a future class at no cost or penalty. You must contact the branch by the next business day to reschedule/receive credit.
•Upon arrival, you will be required to complete and sign a self-assessment declaration.
•Participants are required to maintain a minimum physical distance of 2 meters from all others in the class.
•Participants are required to wear a suitable mask in class. If you do not bring a mask one will be provided for you at a nominal cost.
•Hand washing stations and hand sanitizer will be available.
•We have modified our practical exercises for safety as required by both the WSIB and the Ministry of Labour.
